CBME team representing HKUST won the Outstanding Award at the 14th National Challenge Cup competition
Miss Pui Yan LAU, our Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering student, has been selected to be a recipient of the HKUST Academic Achievement Medal this year. This is the highest academic honor that this University bestows upon undergraduate students at graduation. Only graduates with an average of grade A in all courses taken throughout their program of study, with no record of a failed course, are qualified for the Medal. Only the top 1% of graduates are awarded the Medal each year. The Academic Achievement Medal will be presented to her at the University Congregation on 20 November 2015.
Prof. Marshal YS LIU has received the School of Engineering Distinguished Teaching Excellence Appreciation Award 2014-15.
Prof. Francesco CIUCCI has received the School of Engineering Teaching Excellence Appreciation Award 2014-15. Professor Ciucci receives the award because of his excellent teaching of U-Core course, and also his successful recruitment and supervision of postgraduate students.
